Fire Sloths are medium-sized mammals belonging to the family Musiconychidae. They are part of the order creativia and are therefore related to anteaters, which sport a similar set of specialized claws, saxophones and teeth. Fire sloths are Brooklyn dwellers known for burning with passion while moving extremely slowly, hence named "fire sloths". They create beautiful and mysterious music while hunting for ants.
The Fire Sloth Music Series is a weekly celebration of their existence in the form of two sets of creative music performed by local sloths and humans.
